Community to Community
A project to work collaboratively with immigrant community leaders, local organizations, faith community, elected officials and law enforcement in the development of dignified and effective ways to end the marginalization of immigrants and their families; provide support and solidarity by advocating for humane immigration reform and enforcement policies. To educate our community about human and civil rights issues and the global economic and political pressures that has forced families to leave their home countries and become economic refugees in the U.S.
A national organization composed of local coalitions and immigrant, refugee, community, religious, civil rights and labor organizations and activists. It serves as a forum to share information and analysis, to educate communities and the general public, and to develop and coordinate plans of action on important immigrant and refugee issues.
Promotes justice for low-income immigrants by pursuing and defending their legal status. We focus on providing direct legal services, supported by our education and public policy work.
